Sadly, poor quality
I purchased this to polish concrete counters. It started out beautifully. Everything one could have dreamed of. That lasted 4 hours. The first problem I encountered was the trigger lock refused to lock thus requiring the operator to have his/her finger squeezed at all times. Not good !The next thing to go was the water inlet line. It kinked at the point of entry becoming its own secondary shut off valve. Keep in mind the material used in the factory water line is as cheap and inflexible as it could possibly be. Next is the corrosion of the water orifices becoming rusted shut within 3 days. The entire assembly where you attach the polishing wheel to is completely rusted. You would think a tool built for water use would be constructed of a better blend of metals. A great idea but super poor construction. I wish I would have never purchased this particular model. There were other less expensive models that had a higher rating. I thought if I payed more I would get more......

They stand behind their product and customer support was great.
I purchased this to polish concrete counter tops after hearing about it from a friend. I had some problems with the water line leaking at first but that was easily fixed. The grinder preformed well and I was very happy with the finish. I did have a part of the case break and contacted customer support and they were very helpful and sent the replacement part the same day. I would recommend this product great value for the price.

Misleading advertising
Polisher worked great but advertisement was misleading. You receive the SWP101k with one 4” diamond cup and only 7 polishing pads. The picture is misleading. Also check the 104k and add the diamond cup, it’s probably cheaper.

Bearings or gear box went out after a few months of use
Bought this last year to build my back yard kitchen. Project got pushed back till this year. Started use it the polisher the last couple of months to practice and it burned out a something inside. Started clattering and crap flying out of the fan housing.So after only doing a less than 100 Sq ft of material it’s toast.Emailed the manufacturer and got no response. No phone number listed anywhere for the company that’s never a good sign.So I guess I should order another polisher of a different brand.

Quit Working
Unit quit working just past the return window!!

voltage
Did not state on website what the voltage was. Arrived with 110 volt, which is no good in NZ as we run on 240 volt
