Q: are these products animal tested? or are they cruelty free?

Don’t know. But I have ordered twice and both times only received the conditioner. Do not order!!

Q: Would this help to remove bad toxins such as drug chemical build up etc??

It is rubbish plus you only get the conditioner. I sent mine back and reordered it through amazon and they assured me I would get both but only got the conditioner again. Left my hair really dry
