3M High Strength Small Hole Repair, All-in-One Applicator Tool

I recently tried the 3M Small Hole Repair High Strength All-in-One Applicator Tool (2-Pack) to fix some nail holes in my apartment walls, and I’ve got to say, it’s a game-changer for small repairs! This little tool comes with everything you need—spackle, a putty knife, and a sanding pad—all built into one handy bottle.Using it was super easy. I just squeezed the primer-enhanced spackle into the holes, smoothed it out with the attached putty knife, and let it dry. It dries really fast, which was great because I didn’t have to wait long to sand it down with the cap’s sanding pad. The results looked clean and professional, almost like the holes were never there. I didn’t even need to repaint in some spots because the spackle blended so well with my white walls.The only downside is that the spackle comes out of a small hole in the cap, which makes it a bit tricky to apply precisely for tiny nail holes. A narrower spout would’ve been nice. Also, the sanding pad is a little rough, so you have to be careful not to scratch the surrounding wall. But overall, it’s so convenient to have everything in one tool—no hunting for extra supplies!I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to fix small holes or nicks. It’s perfect for renters or DIY beginners like me who want quick, no-fuss repairs. The 2-pack is a great value, too, since I’ll have a spare for future fixes.

This hole repair tube is so easy to use: a light squeeze and you'll get the nail head size blob of filler you need to cover holes. There's a patch of sandpaper on the cap for smoothing it out when dry. This is a must have for repairs.

I've only used this once, but it worked great! Easy to apply and if it needs scraping, no problem. Makes for a quick and easy repair! I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it!

Why I ordered this: I ordered this to fill some pretty small holes from nails I had used to hang photos in my hallway.Pros: Incredibly easy to use. Dries super quickly. I found it to take about 20 minutes to dry at 72F and ~50% humidity inside my apartment. Note that I applied a very small amount, and the dry time is variable based on how much you apply, temperature, humidity, air-flow, etc. Didn't notice any smell. It stuck well into the holes I was filling and was easy to smooth down with the applicator.Cons: Doesn't quite match with white paint, and left visible marks where I filled holes. The marks are still visible after sanding, and wiping the area with clean and damp paper towels. Sanding and using the paper towels did help a bit, but it's still evident where I used this on the wall.Advice: Try to squeeze out the filler into the hole that you're filling so that it can penetrate into the hole, rather than just thinly cover the surface. If you aren't able to paint over your surface after using this, use it sparingly and try to avoid smearing too much around the edges! After applying and using the putty-knife to smooth things out, it might be help to wipe up the sides around the hole you've filled?

This makes small hole repairs really easy. Very easy to clean and scrape off any excess.

This stuff saved my deposit. I was able to easily patch the pin pricks and some small holes.

Works but is hard to squeeze out of the tube when it gets low. The sand paper lid is eh and the spatula end of tube isn’t super flexible ended up using my metal one.

Lo use para tapar unos hoyos en la pared de mi sala y me encanto esta super fácil de usar. Antes de lijar, me espere toda la noche para que secara bien.
