Do these pellets contain all the nutrients a parrot needs? Such as Vitamin A?

My African grey has been on these pellets from a baby and he is now 13. The pellets provide all nutrients he needs but I still feed him daily fresh fruit and vegetables as well. Hope that helps.

Is it suitable for a conure

I am not sure I get these for my 6 year old Amazon as part of a varied diet but I am guessing Conures would do better with smaller bits of food although it depends what type of conure you have as some are really quite small birds so I'd personally go for a more granulated pellet for the smaller beaked parakeets
