Worth the £££!
£11 for a small pot of mayonnaise may rightly seem like too much, but oh, blimey, this mayo is good. It tastes REALLY truffly, rather than just truffle-oily, and we soon had to ration ourselves to the tiniest of blobs at any one time. That said, you only need a tiny blob for the mouthgasm to start....!

DON'T BUY THIS
I don't know how others have found this good, but this product is absolutely horrible. Firstly it contains 1.5% real truffle and TRUFFLE FLAVOURING, which means you have no idea where the FLAVOURING comes from, could be chemical flavor like a lot of companies use. Secondly the truffle flavor is very mild (not surprising) and overpowered by the flavor of RAPESEED OIL, of which they have put two types, one of which is organic. Why this mixing? Why not stick to one standard organic rapeseed oil? Why is there FLAVOURING? The taste was absolutely horrible, their oils are decent (also contain FLAVOURING) but this Mayo is ghastly. Do not order this product at all. Or go ahead and be disappointed, don't forget to write a review after to warn others. It ruined my homemade burgers.

Purchase of a particularly delicious jar of mayonnaise.
My husband and I love truffles, in every shape or form. This mayonnaise is extremely nice, the truffles enhance the taste of the mayonnaise, it goes particularly well with plain and smoked salmon, potatoes and in canapés. If you are a foodie, I would highly recommend it!

油の劣化？不味い
マヨネーズの油の劣化なのか、酸化した油の風味みたいな味が強烈でした。不味いというか、廃油で作りました？ってくらい不味いです。味にトリュフの風味が無いとかの以前の問題。5000円くらいのお金をドブに捨ててしまった感じです。最悪。

トリュフの香りが全くしないのですがプレーンのマヨネーズとして食べようと思っても、劣化した油の臭いなのか？トリュフの香りより油のが臭くて食べられたものではありませんでした。これは酷過ぎます。
