Tefal Multi Cooker Plus 10-in-1

Absolutely brilliant. Cooks rice from scratch in approx 20 mins. Perfect every time. So easy to use that my 10yr old cooks in it. No nonsense cleaning and looks pretty good too. 10/10. I’ve had a few over the years and hands down by far the best. Well worth every penny.

Good product and is used almost every day, usually for rice, but steams other things also to go with it and can do more.This is a family sized, large capacity. it's bigger than needed for 2 - 3 people, but, our previous 3L one couldn't be found in UK (bought 3L in China under a local brand), so went for this one Tefal 5L, - but same product otherwise.Only complaint is the black vegetable rack is thin gauge and likely made from high % re-cycled plastic rather than virgin, or low mix, and cracks easily - ours cracked during washing and hand drying, nothing strenuous or unexpected use.Replacements are available at low cost from Tefal, but, for what is otherwise a good product, they should really review the material mix of this component - it is an essential item and used regularly. For this overall it should get 4 Stars as room to improve, but otherwise I like the product.

Easy to use and cooks very quickly. Easy to take apart and reattach all components. If you are cooking anything other than rice, some components can become covered in food and a bit difficult and time consuming to clean. I have decided, after cooking porridge in it, that it is only ever going to be used for cooking rice in future, as I had a hard time cleaning it. If you have an aversion to deep cleans, avoid. If you are only going to cook rice, then it is perfect!

This electric cooker changed our lives. It is easy to use with a good manual to follow the first time. AND it is so so easy to clean (very important if you lead a busy life). We've only used it as a rice cooker so far. It makes perfect rice each time. The measurement lines inside the pot are difficult to read but once you've used it a few times you will know how much water is needed. The cooker so far has managed to make great rice even without exact water. We want to use it for stews as well and it comes with a recipe book for ideas. I was worried it would take up too much counter space but it is a slim model. We've also used the timer to let the cooker turn on in the evening,, which is great - and the rice is kept warm if you are running late without drying it out. We also always steam veggies on top at the same time. Highly recommend it.

I do like this product but lack of recipes are very annoying there is not enough information about how to cook everyday meals. It has been a bit of hit or miss if they turn out good enough to eat. So I don’t use it it very often.

Absolutely brilliant product, mainly use it for rice, slow cooking and steaming veg but it comes with a booklet which gives you a load of recipes to try. Well worth the price, easy to clean and use with easy instructions

One of the best rice cookers we've owned and much less expensive than traditional Asian-brand cookers. We had one in the US and loved it so much we got the same one when we moved here to the UK. Easy to keep clean and with care it will last a long time. Wipe down after every use and rinse the small top part that collects water and starch. I leave the lid open to air dry after every use.

take care of the metal liner in the the inner lid. I have had 2 of these steamers and both had the same problem. the metal reflector liner comes away from the clip in lid. And small bits of metal fragments break off and can fall into the bowl of food.I have been through tefal website and customer care and still haven't been able to buy a replacement part.An not inexpensive product that hasn't lasted more than 3 years. throw it away and buy it again?? not the most ecologically way to support customers.
