I used the Extra Strength Milk Thistle, 450 Silymarin for years. I don't know if I need 750 mg. It was good. I could use some.

For fatty liver
Bought for my mom. She has fatty liver and this was suggested to her. She takes in the evening. She has an appointment with her doctor in about 2 months. Hope there is an improvement. Will update review soon
