Irwin 10505822 Safety Retractable Knife, IW10505822

Good all-round knife with a self retractable blade which will avoid any potential accidents while stored in a tool bag. In the product advertisement, it says it’s supplied with three blades, that’s not true it comes with one.

Bought a few stanley knives, this is the only one that hasn't broken'loosened after a few drops. The screw keeps everything firmly in place. Space inside for a spare blade. Comfortable to use and small enough to keep in pocket. Love it.Just wish the company made it in other colours.Recommend.

Knife it’s self is good although the item description states you get 3 extra blades with the item and they never arrived with delivery

The knife is lightweight but seems well built. Only comes with one blade and not three as stated in description

Well as I have never bought such a safety knife before and I won't buy one again. Which safety genius invented this?It is made of steel, good grip until you start using it to cut something tough...it just doesn't work! You have to keep pushing that notch, which is just so small your thumb will slip off.When I unpacked it from sealed plastic wrap ( can't put it back and return) automatically I missed the knife to lock in :))Good for cutting tape and some soft touches. That is all. I need to order another one.

They clearly weren't doing the thinking inside their heads when they designed this one. You have to keep your thumb on the trigger at all times to keep the blade out on top of the knife and because of the design the knife wobbles when you do a cut as you can't curl your thumb around the grip so in a way the design is more dangerous than safe 🙄 Don't get me on to the complimentary bimetal blade.... it comes with a special design of having no point on it at all unbelievable ?? They need to understand that people who buy a Stanley knife are adults we don't need fisher price safety blades. Best thing about it is the colour. Avoid it's crap and I'm a mug for buying 2 of them. I think I will give them as joke gifts for Christmas to a few trades.

My only gripe is I cannot find anywhere that sells replacement blades!!

non pas parce que la matériel est mauvais mais à l'usage il est très difficile de s'en servir et tenir la lame sortie d'un doigt. peut être pour ne couper que du tapis ? mais pour un usage multiple il vaut mieux une version qui bloque la lame dehors en cas de besoin. sinon le système de changement de lames est très bon et pratique.

Hay que mantener presionado para trabajar, parece hecho para niños pequeños, con el blister una vez que lo abres y ves la realidad, ya no se puede devolver. Lo peor comprado en Amazon.
