A very helpful supplement
Excellent quality product which definitely helps lessen the afternoon energy slump I have struggled with for some time. I'm now a repeat purchaser. One capsule each day at lunch time together with a Vit C capsule really does make a noticeable difference. A friend who is a naturopath and a GP recommended it and I can see why..

Made me feel like I was floating on a cloud
I now see why it is considered supreme amongst plants. I am not entirely sure if it is a cure all, but I am certain it contributed to my recovery. However, for me it was the herbal equivalent of Prozac, or better. Thoroughly recommend.

I thought that this product was pretty good. Only problem was i had to reduce the daily dosage as it was making me very light headed. Mgt
