Magimix 5100 Cuisine Systeme Food Processor Bowl Jug + Clear Lid

I have made the mistake in the past of putting this in the dishwasher but twice now it has cracked the plastic. I will wash it by hand in future. The jug didn’t come with it!!!

The one I received did not fit my Magimix 5100. The central tube in the bowl (that slides over the drive shaft of the Magimix 5100) was just a mite too narrow to allow the bowl to drop down fully onto the base of the machine so the bowl could not click into place. I had to return it but there was no problem at all with that and the refund went through just fine. Incidentally - I did notice that it was not in official Magimix packaging- just a plain brown box. This was noticeable as the blade I ordered from another seller at the same time came in branded packaging protected by shaped polystyrene. I don't mind using generic items so that was not a problem for me and the item did seem well made. Pity really. Maybe I was unlucky with the one I received. It could be worth giving it a try - just be aware that it might need to be returned!

It fits! Was concerned that the A2 lid and A3 bowl might not fit, but it does. Haven’t had a chance to use yet but see no reason why it shouldn’t. Now have more life left in my processor as all other attachments are still perfect.

Arrived a day before it was due, so happy with the early delivery. Fits perfect on my 5100, considering the machine is now some 20years old! Nice and shiny, sure it will dull over time. Hope this lasts as long as my last bowl.

I have only just gone to use my new bowl as my pervious lid had split only to find the little attachment to the lid- which allows you to add ingredients when in operation is missing, I don't want to have to send this back but not sure how to contact seller to ask that they post the missing part.

Replaced an old bowl which had been abused. Like new again. Original product and still going strong.

We have had our 5100 for over five years since last needing to replace our lid. Considering the replacement options, purchasing the top and the bowl together was hardly more expensive. We now have a virtually new 5100.
