Awesome features in a BIG phone
The Power 7 Max is a BIG phone. It's got great storage and everything works as intended out of the box. It is snappy and without lag. It comes with minimal bloat ware and Google apps pre-unstalled. The battery is amazing! It came charged or if the box and 2 days later I'm still at 50%.The phone came with a free clear TPU protective case and a screen protector. I don't think it's a good screen protector, but it does help and it's hard to notice that it's even there. My only issue with the phone is it's size. It's twice the height of my older Umidigi S5 Pro and much heavier. As a guy, it's a little too big for my front pocket. A lot of newer phones on the market seem to be getting bigger, but I still prefer the old 5" size. But maybe all the extra size and weight accounts for the huge battery and storage features they were able to pack into the phone at a budget price.Pros: - budget friendly price - ample storage - fast, smooth operation - stock Android 11 - fingerprint reader good placement and efficient - comes with screen protector and case pre-installedCons: - very big and heavy - dedicated programmable button is pre-set to take a screenshot - I've been taking a lot of unwanted screenshots - not a fan of the clear TPU screen protector, but I also can't complain too much, because umidigi is one of the only phone companies that offer a complimentary case with their phones

The battery is falsely advertised and can't hold a charge
I've been a fan of umidigi in the past, especially the power 3, but which had a 6150mah battery. When this phone advertised a 10000mah battery, I couldn't wait get my hands on one. Unfortunately, my experience has been troublesome and terrible from the start. The battery literally drops from 100 to 98 within a mere hour, just by doing nothing. I've set the phone to use as little power as possible in order to maximize my charges. Standby is terrible, dropping a % point every hour. I need to turn off or restart the phone after every charge to prevent the battery from dwindling anymore than it can. The % # is also within the battery icon, rather than alongside it - needless to say, it's difficult to read the tiny text. I also can't receive any calls at home. My home has literally become a dead zone, even when tmobiles map says our neighborhood is a reception hot spot. This phone is an absolute nightmare and not one good thing has come of it. I wish the return window hadn't closed on my order. Umidigi definitely dropped the ball on this model. I was hoping the issues stemmed from me getting a defective phone out of the bunch. This is definitely not a power 7 max - the name is a joke in itself. I think my 3 year old power 3 might even be able to outperform this brand new model at this point..

Very weak and unreliable WI-FI Connectivity
This phone loses wifi signal even when beside the modem. The back camera is very low quality.

Worth the money but nothing more
Battery is the best part. But it was somewhat functional I mean it constantly dropped calls and internet wouldn't work alot of the time away from wifi. Also problem with sound of media when on a call. Ordered February first and broke mid March. At first it seemed good but very soon found why it was so cheap to purchase.

Great phone, wish I still had it!
I think this was my fourth Umidigi phone. I love them! They are totally comparable to Samsung phones (of which I had about five before switching brands) but without the bloatware and higher price. Unfortunately, two days after I activated this phone, I unknowingly dropped it in my driveway and my husband drove over it. Since we had switched service providers two days earlier, we were eligible for free phones and now I have a Samsung again, but if my husband runs over this one, I'm getting another Umidigi!

It's ok, but be aware you will have issues
It's a nice phone, I really wanted to like it. But set-up is a pain. For context, I'm with Telus, which this phone lists as a verified company. The first time I set it up it wanted me to verify my phone number, but did not offer anyway to do so. I could text, but not receive phone calls because of this. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and then as a last effort I factory reset the phone and went though the whole thing again. This time everything looked good, I could finally receive my calls, but had issues with texting now (I managed to fix that). But come the next morning my calls would go right to voicemail. I finally just got sick of the issues and decided to send it back. The camara is the worst. I didn't expect much, I don't take many photos so I didn't care. But to take a scan of a card to add it to your paypass is impossible. The camara is THAT BAD.I must say it is fast and can the memory is great. The screen is large and the colours looked good on it. The price is great. I really wanted to love this phone, but I guess I got a dud and ended up frustrated in the end.

PRETTY GOOD SO FAR
it's pretty good so far I love it. The only issue the battery drains so fast and I don't use it that much. It suppose to last 4 days cos of 10000mh battery. But only last a day and a half.

Good phone for the price range
**update**I decided to look into tinkering with it and maybe seeing about loading a different OS on it but this is the first android phone that won't enable developer mode. Something is a bit fishy as developer mode is a standard feature for stock android.**I bought this phone as a backup phone as I daily a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Over all the phone works great for the price range. It came with stock Android 11 with zero bloatware. The processor is nice and snappy and the display looks great for being a lower resolution. It has a USB C port which should be standard now a days even on cheaper phones like this. The camera quality is the greatest but that's to be expected on a phone that costs around $200. After using it for a few days to test it out, one thing I did really miss was the fast charging that my S20 Ultra has. Overall I say this is not a bad phone for the price. I'm interested to see what they're going higher end phones are like.
