Velvet Rhino Aluminium Wall Mountable Silver Stag Head for Home or Garden

The stag looks great hanging on my wall, easy to put up using a large hard wall picture hook.

This item was exactly what I was looking for to hang on my bedroom wall. However, it comes with absolutely no fixing instructions or a mounting kit. If you look at the back mounting hole in my photo you can see that simply hanging it on a screw will be useless. The stag head is top heavy and fixing it on a single screw just causes it to swivel round and fall off the wall. Even trying a hook doesn't work. Perhaps outside on a wall you could use something more industrial, but this is for indoors. Our solution still eludes us but I have now ordered an MDF shield which my husband is going to screw and glue the head to and we will mount it on the wall on the shield. It looks good with the shield which I will spray to match my decor. But I feel that for an item which wasn't cheap it should have come with fixings and instructions.

I bought one of these as a present for £19.99. Loved it. My mum wanted one for a xmas present so I ordered another which was 29.99! I wrote to the company who sells them and complained about the 10 pound hike in price only to be told I had purchased the first one on a sale price. I said I would have bought 2-3 more as gifts but wouldnt at that price as £10 more for 3 would have made it possible for me to buy another one at the old price! Anyway, I have to say that these stags heads are superb. and are worth the £29.99. They are well made, very heavy and wont rust in the outdoors. I have since seen things like them and Today I saw a larger one in a shop for £179.00. They are value for money on here and I take back my complaint. Sorry Gardens2you,

Smaller then oucturd but nice and easy to hang

This is a really nice piece and lovely quality. It’s about half the size I had imagined however, as it looks a lot bigger in the picture, but that’s my own fault for not reading the measurements properly.I originally ordered it for my living room wall but I think it might look a bit lost there so I’m going to put it in the hallway instead.The attached pic might give you a better indication of size

Bought this product at the beginning of October for £20 delivered from Black scorpian Ltd. The stags head looks fantastic, very pleased with it. We did have to wait approx two weeks for delivery as they had sold out, but communication was good. When it arrived we were that impressed with it we decided to buy another. The price had gone up to £30 through Amazon, so when I checked the price direct on the Black scorpian website, I found it was £19.50 delivered. I ordered it and it arrived within two or three days. I would highly recommend it, but just check the price.

We were so pleased with the stags head when it arrived. We weren’t sure what sort of quality it would be but it’s perfect. It has a quality feel to it, good weight without being too heavy. We are hanging ours on a bbq pergola, outside, so needed something suitable for our UK weather.This product does not disappoint, would definitely recommend!
