What a fantastic bargain!
I got this at bargain price on prime day. It was stated to be missing it's battery which I thought was strange as I've not come across a make of these mobile aerials that use batteries so thought it was worth a punt at £5.99( extra discount given on PD) I linked it up to Avtex TV in caravan and just lay the antenna on the seat.. After the auto tune had run it's course it showed it had picked up 120 programs!! The picture was excellent on all major channels and for all the minor ones I tried... fab bargain from Amazon but definitely as good an aerial as the Status 315 on the roof of caravan. As the Mercury comes with all the exterior wiring and a pole bracket assembly this is going to be ideal for use on our boat ...I don't want to put another antenna up the mast as there is enough wiring up there already with radar/radio/wind speed etc. I would definitely have been prepared to pay full price for this item now that i have seen it in comparison with our reliable Status 315... Cheers Amazon!

Good, let down by aerial cable.
The product itself is first class and works a treat . Used it only once so far on a camping holiday. The picture is really first class , but alas the cable that came with it , which has f connecters on it was not as good and one of the f connecters which connects to the aerial the feral came of the end meaning we had to use silly putty to hold the cable in the aerial . Otherwise the best aerial we have used while under canvas .

Good mobile aerial
Very good aerial, fitted it to my truck and have only had one instance of not being able to find a signal ( I was parked near a lot of trees ) Also a bonus is that it works on 12v which isn't clear in the description. Just as good as aerials at 4 or 5 times the price

Does exactly what I bought it for, just have a look at the direction of the aerials in the local area and point it in that direction or attach a signal strength gadget and turn it to get the best signal then tune in the TV. Works well in our motorhome.

My reception area isn't great and it picks up signals well
Does what it says on the tin. My reception area isn't great and it picks up signals well. I have it at about 7 feet on the side of a summer house. All seems well made to me and well thought out. The booster box is quality and easy to fix to a wall with nice strong screw thread connectors. There's also a rubber cover for the aerial insert under the antenna to keep out moisture which for me was a nice touch and told me that whoever had designed it had an eye for detail and quality. Had it 3 months now , no problems.

Happy to recommend and improved TV reception in our caravan dramatically over existing vertical antenna on roof.
Very pleased with this antenna, I used it together with a signal strength indicator to receive weak TV signals from the New England Bay caravan site in Scotland where previous visits had proved that the small built in TV vertical antenna on the Eldiss caravan had proved inadequate. I mounted this antenna on a 8ft aluminium pole simply guyed down and manually rotated it until max signal was indicated on my signal strength meter (not provided as separate purchase from Amazon).
