THEY SEND THE WRONG COLOUR
Twice I was sent the wrong colour. First time customer service promised me it would be right next time, try again. After getting the wrong colour a second time I gave up and bought locally. Looking at the yarn, this may have been fortunate as it is not very good quality. I bought Threads and Loops in Michaels, which was cheaper AND better.

Quality of yarn
I was happy with the product overall but I thought it wasn't quite soft enough for the children's beanies I was making. I think it's good quality and I loved the colours.
