Great Vest, but.................
"BLACKHAWK" I consider this gear top notch ! However if this Vest had "Mollie" capability on the front, I would have given it 5 Stars ! My reason for purchasing is because I am not a small guy, stand 6' 1" and tip scale at 240 Lbs. so went looking for a Vest to wear when I do my "Airsoft". This one has my vote and then some, BUT wished I could attach more Mollie capable gear to it.This Vest fit me, almost right out of the box. a few minor adjustments to the straps and it fits like a custom made unit. My Back Up Sig 9mm Type Pistol fits like a glove in the cross draw holster. Holds extra Magazines for all my weapons and works well with my Back Pack as well.Further update : I have attached all of my Airsoft gear (Hydration System, 1st Aide Kit, Breaching Weapon, primary side arm and so on. It's been through some six battles now and NOT showing any stress points, which could lead to the vest failing. With all that gear attached and no stretching or stitching giving way ? GREAT job Blackhawk !

Cost Effective & Well Made
This Cross Draw tactical vest is well built and has the pouches and holsters setup in an easy to use manner. This vest has no molle webbing on the front so you sacrifice the ability to customize your gear, but you can't beat this vest for the price. This is also one of the few non-customizable vests I've seen that's made in a left handed version. The pistol holster fits my Springfield XD Subcompact like a glove, it doesn't fall out even with the clasp undone. The pistol and magazine holsters are adjustable to whatever size magazine you have.I will say that when putting two AR15/M4 magazines in one pouch it is very tight. It's tight enough to the point where it's hard to pull one magazine out smoothly. However, this is probably because the vest is so new and will likely wear in over time. I bought this one for my wife, while I went and bought myself a more customizable chest rig from SPEC-OPS. I purchased this vest for less than $120 versus $800 for the chest rig with all the pouches/add ons. If this vest will do most of what you want in a tactical rig then I'd recommend getting it. The custom rigs with their $30-$40 per pouch really adds up quickly.(4/5 stars): Took off one star for the extremely tight fit of the rifle magazine holders and limited MOLLE webbing. Can't beat it for the price though.

Very impressed by the quality for the price. One of the best purchases I've made with Black hawk.

Solid Gear
I gave this vest four stars because of the mag pouches; they're as a tight as an Alabama tick. But after a few carbine classes, the repetition of extracting a mag stretched the nylon just enough to allow easier extraction; remember, it can't be too loose lest you loose a mag while running. Holster was just perfect for my XD 45 "5 barrel; my G-30 fits snugly in there as well. Good piece of gear; just needs a little work to get it just right.

I bought this vest and while it is nice you would be hard pressed to get two mags in the rifle mag pouches. One mag in each fits nicely. I did jam two magpul mags into each one but the second one didn't fully go in and was very hard to get out. Certainly not a good thing in a combat situation.
