I have used WPRO after it was recommended to me after the dishwasher packed up last year. We ran out last week so ordered more, it works first class gets rid of smells (in hot weather) and descales plus cleans the machine Overall an excellent product.

If you or anyone in your house uses those little wax scent booster beads in your laundry, you need to use a cleaner like this roughly once a month. After a few issues in a row with the heating element in my dryer, those little beads turned out to be the culprit. Seems they saturate the wet clothes then get deposited out into the dryer. So, on the advice of an engineer, I use this cleaner roughly once a month, and had no problems since. You just add it to your washer like detergent and run on empty. Doesn’t leave any smell or residue. Simple as that.

I live in a hard water area and have been using this Limescale Descaler on a monthly basis for years. I have had no problems with the washing machine and my washing always smells fresh, I attribute this to the descaler. This 12 sachet box is excellent value and keeps the washing machine fresh for the year. I always made sure I used the product on a 60 degree cycle, but in the early days of using it I didn’t notice the ‘without prewash cycle’ instruction. So now I have to remember that as well as 60 degrees there is no prewash. Highly recommended.
