Hi! Does this work on wet snot (mucous) at all, or only dry boogers?

It does work on wet. One side is like a scoop & the other like a loop. I use the loop side for dried & scoop for wet. Also for wet i like the battery operated ones (i think mine is graco). But oogiebear works better than electric for rubbery or dried so if your only getting 1 get this. If you're up for 2, get both!
