Taste nice--but at what a price!
The one star rating is for the fairly pleasant orange flavour of these supplements--but it is ACTUALLY supposed to be a tropical fruit flavour of pineapple, lime and mango . I can't recommend any other reason to buy Nature's Bounty Gummies. I don't like any tablets that look or taste like sweets--this is a temptation for children, and are Nature's Bounty implying that adults are incapable of taking ordinary capsules?Sucrose is the main ingredient so these would not be suitable for diabetics, even though they often have low levels of COQ10.The tub is enormous: twice the size it needs to be, and this is fraudulent as you can't see through the plastic so you are unaware of what a small amount of product it contains . It is also unacceptable in these days of reducing waste and pollution.I have been taking COQ10 for a couple of years as the improved circulation helps reduce the frequency of migraines. I also have high cholesterol, and statins medication drops your levels of COQ10. The enzyme is a useful supplement for many people, but you can buy it much more cheaply elsewhere. Beware that there can be side effects, too. Dizzyness due to COQ10 lowering blood pressure or an upset tummy or insomnia can be quite common. It's always a good idea to check with your GP before taking this supplement. If you are on strong medication or have low B/P especially.Can't recommend this brand.

I really like the taste and texture of these and I find I take them much more frequently than regular vitamin tablets. I can't comment on the science involved, but I am happy to take vitamin supplements just in case and these seem competitively priced to me.
