This is a decent brace for your joints and such. The added hot/cold pack is a welcomed feature. It is supposed to be compression as well but on some joints or locations you just can’t get it tight enough or to lay right to be beneficial. This is a good product it just works better for others than some because of body type.

This compression wrap is well-made. I really am impressed with its construction and the attention to detail on it. For instance, the slots where the adjustable straps go through, have plastic slots molded into the wrap. It makes adjustment quite easy, and the straps don't bind when adjusting.The stitching and piping all the way around the outer edges of the wrap are also nicely done and comfortable against the skin. The fact that you can use it as a cold or hot wrap is nice as well. I have only used the compression wrap when cold so far, but it did the trick on my knee.The fact that you can use it on your knees, elbows, and even against your lower back is another nice touch. This wrap works really well. I tried walking with it on my knee and that was a bit awkward with the cold pack being less flexible than if it was warm, but that is just when on the knees. I would highly recommend this product for those times when your knees, elbows, or lower back need some attention.

This wrap is great for a few limited uses. The gel pack can be heated in the microwave, or frozen in the freezer to provide hot or cold comfort. I like that the wrap has some stretch to it to use for compression. Works great, especially when treating my knees. I feel it is a little underwhelming when using as one longer wrap. It just loses its strength when used this way. Overall, still great to have around when you are feeling achy!

This compression wrap was the only thing I could use when I injured my back during pregnancy. I would normally use a heating pad outside of pregnancy, but since I was pregnant I was not able to use the pad. This compression wrap was a lifesaver for me, it took my pain away right away! The ability to use hot or cold with this is the best feature. The wrap is adjustable and can be used on basically every part of your body. It's also adjustable for different bodies, as I have used the product and so has my husband who is a much bigger person than I am.

This compression wrap is great because of all the multiple ways you can use it. Hot or cold. Knees, elbows, shoulder, back, neck and other areas of the body that are needed. Just for these reasons alone this wrap is well worth the price. This product is very well made and it is very affordable. The hot/cold pack is reusable and can be purchased anywhere if extra's are needed. A good investment for anyone suffering from arthritis pain, back issues or sprains.

When I ordered this last fall, I didn't anticipate falling on the ice, twice. I landed on either knee both times and boy were they sore. I remembered I had ordered this and immediately froze it to put on my most recent sore knee. It helped with the swelling and the discomfort right on my kneecap. I have not used it as a hot therapy, which I don't normally use so I cannot attest to that. The wrap is well made, with even, sturdy stitching and the weight of it is appropriate. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of this wrap, and trust the Sharper Image brand. At less than $30 it is a very reasonable price and I would order it again without hesitation. 5 stars!

I got this to help with some recent elbow pain that I’ve had a difficult time treating. I like it a lot.It’s sized well: big enough for a knee or calf, but small enough to not be totally unwieldy on an elbow or elsewhere on an arm. With the opposite side ‘long arms’ can also work for localized heat or cold on a thin adults torso (front or back).The compression provided is nice, not overly tight or binding where the straps reverse direction. The hook and loop is high quality and sizeable enough for a good connection, so I’m not constantly readjusting the straps.While nearly all made of stretchy, soft fabric, there are plastic edges to where the straps reverse to help keep them flat so that the pressure is even across your skin rather than causing a rubber band effect.The one included heat / ice pack seems to be decent quality and has all the directions printed right on it, in case you forget how to heat it without overdoing it, for example. It fits in a flexible pocket on the backside.Quality product!
