Great product great price

I struggle to comment on vitamins bought online as worry that they are not pure. I unfortunately need iron regularly so opted for these with added vitamin C. Having taken them every fourth day for some time, I increased recently to every second day as my iron levels could still do to be higher. I guess the value was ok.

Apparently iron deficiency is quite common. So one tablet of this product a day is vital for good health. Excellent product.

I was on strong iron tablets for a few months before these (like 200 and something mg) and they really helped with my fatigue, so I bought these when I finished them in order to sustain my iron levels but I’m now back to feeling like I did before I took the strong ones, and that’s with me taking TWO a day instead of the single one it states you should take. It’s hard to know whether they help or not as I’m just a person who struggles with fatigue a lot in general, so maybe I just need higher levels than the average person but annoyingly I can’t find any OTC ones that are stronger than this. I guess I could try taking a bunch that equates to what I was on before but then they’d run out super quickly.
