I was advised to take these vitamins for eye health by a 95 year old lady who had been taken them for years. I presume they will be good for me.

Easy to take, quick delivery, not been taking long enough to say.

The Holland and Barrett's Lutigold Lutein is a health supplement for eye health. It was purchased after a optician's recommendation following an eye health examination. The condition for which it was recommended has now cleared, but the use of the product continues in order to prevent a recurrence of the issue and/or prevent further complications.The capsules are small enough to be easily taken, usually with a drink of water , and, being virtually tasteless, the capsules do not leave any after taste. They are long lasting as long as they are kept in their plastic containerThe product comes in a small and handy plastic orange coloured bottle and, with 100 capsules in each bottle, the product works out at around 8 pence per capsule. A most economical way of buying and taking the supplement, and the product is easily obtainable to buy and repeat.

My cousin told me that her optician recommended it for her dry eyes, I thought I give it a try , after taking a tablet everyday for 2 weeks I stopped putting drops in my eyes, working well so far

At the moment it is still to early to give a proper review but easy to swallow

I have trouble swelling tablets but these come within an acceptable size.
