Do any of these meals contains nuts? (Cashews, pistachios)

Yes, our Paneer Butter Masala and Methi Matar Malai both contain cashews, while the Pav Bhaji, Sambar Idly, and Dal Chawal do not contain nuts. Also, all our dishes are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, so they may contain traces.

Are these meals gluten free?

All our meals on Amazon are gluten-free. However, we prepare these meals in a non-gluten-free facility, so we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination.

Are these meals freeze dried or dehydrated ? On the website it says freeze-dried but I read dehydrated elsewhere!

Thank you for your question. These meals are freeze-dried. This allows us to lock in the flavor, texture, and nutrients without the addition of any preservatives or additives whatsoever.

what are the ingredeants"\?

I think ingredients are natural spices and then somehow freeze dry or use similar technique to make everything in a powder from. Some ingredients, which needed to be added later in inside the same pack, but in a separate sealed pouch. With recommended amount of water, it actually makes good meals. Be careful : there is a little pouch to prevent oxidation, that you need to remove.
