Nothing to dislike about these gel filled phone line connectors.They will take up to 3 wires a piece.. Easy to snap together using a pair of pliers. Designed specifically for phone line sharing between two devices.Gel fill provides protection again corrosion. Not water proof per say but will protect connected wires much better than twisting wires together and using wire nuts or electrical tape.The photos show the actual gel cap and also the connector inside the cap.So when snapped together the physical sheathing of the inserted wires are penetrated, and contact is made with the copper wire. This type of connection provides an air tight seal preventing corrosion of the wire by oxidation.I should note here that these are not designed for stranded copper wires.Solid copper Cat 3 cable or Cat 5 cable can be used.They come in a small box and are in a resealable plastic bag.

Wires do not slide in easy and red caps separate before having a chance to crimp, but they work often enough they are acceptable for the price

Attempted to use with 24awg wire. After several failures I threw the remaining bag of containers out. Either the connector broke when pliers were used to compress the fitting or the connector did not connect the two wires placed in it.

Just fall apart when trying to use them and there suppose to be 3 wire locks, some of them are but most are not, the end where the wire goes in is not cleared out, might be one hole, might be 2 or mayb 3!

The caps were off on almost have of them. Probably not ordering these again
