More Mile More Lift 4 Mens Womens Weight Lifting / Cross Fit Shoes - White

I don't normally review anything I buy on Amazon, but for these I had to. I started lifting years ago and I have been low-bar squatting for a long time (SS and SL methods). I recently decided to transfer to high-bar squat but ended up tearing my hip flexor. This was due to the fact that I have very little internal hip rotation and was born with external tibial torsion (lovingly dubbed 'duck feet'). Normal weightlifting shoes were simply not enough to help, so I bought these with the 35mm heel (the only ones on Amazon as far as I can see).The shoes themselves are really well made and look really good, they are quite tough and durable as well which they need to be for weightlifting.I am normally a size 8 so I went for a size 7.5 to ensure a tight/snug fit for extra stability of my ankle and foot and they fit perfectly.After healing, I managed to practice squatting with these shoes (bodyweight/goblet squat) and after 3 weeks, I went for depth. These shoes with the extra 10mm heel gave me enough dorsiflexion to reach depth. I cannot tell you how elated I was to finally be able to ATG high-bar squat after 10 years of barely reaching below parallel due to poor lower body genetics.If you are looking for tough, durable, reliable, well made shoes that will help with giving you that extra bit of mobility, these are the shoes for you. Especially if like me you have tibial torsion and no internal hip rotation. As these were the only make I could find with the 35mm heel, and the fact that they are brilliant shoes, I've bought an extra pair just in case in the future anything happens to my current pair.I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who is having trouble with mobility issues and recommend them still to everyone else looking for a good pair of shoes. Honestly, there is no point in spending £100+ for a pair of shoes when these are just as good for £30.

Very fast delivery from Exercise Direct. I take a size 4 and took the plunge and ordered in a 4 even though I took onboard what others had said about small sizing, I could return if necessary and go a size up. The 4 was perfect though I do have a narrow foot and my toes were not crushed, lifting shoes should be a snug fit.I'm not very stable on my feet when squatting and am inclined to wobble a bit but these shoes were terrific and gave a good, stable and large surface area. I am delighted and it has given me so much confidence now to a much bigger range of motion on both barbell and goblet squats etc.Great little shoe and at an excellent price.

Bought for my wife. I already own a similar pair in black and have worn them for weight training over 7 months. Been comfortable, supportive and great value for money, so, when my wife wanted to join in, I got a similar pair with a bit of colour. She loves them.

Surprised by the quality of these, much better than expected for the price. The fit is good but I ordered half a size bigger than I take, as suggested by others, and this seems just right. Really comfy too, highly recommended

The shoes are very strongly built, snug and showing quality.I did opt for half a size up from my usual and it fits me perfectly.

Have been looking for a pair of shoes for squatting for a while then found these. They are exactly what I was looking for a nice sturdy shoe with a solid slightly wedged Base to improve my squatting technique. Great value for money and look good as well.
