Don't waste your money
These gift cards do not work. Google play does not recognise them. I have been trying to get this sorted since I purchased it on the 20 sept. More information required, always more information required. A complete waste of money. Do Not Waste Your Money.

It takes a few hours to get the code!
First of all this is only available in the UK, you cannot bypass this! Do not buy as a gift for someone who is NOT in the UK! Second, the code is not sent immediately, in my case after about 2h I phoned customer support and after losing 45min with them on the phone they sent it manually. But I had to escalate with a manager who was asking me to wait 4h for the code... This is not refundable! They will not refund you even though they are advertising misleading saying it will be available immediately, which was certainly not for me. In the end I went to a shop and bought a real one for my friend and topped up my account with the one bought from amazon. Imo just go to a shop and get a real one if you are in the same country as the person who will use it.

quick, safe, secure with no additional charges unlike other online recharge sites
I keep having issues with Google Play Store and topping up on my favorite games. Tried reinstalling the APK, updating, uninstalling etc but this issue persists. This Google Play Gift credit is quick and there are no additional charges which helps overcome this barrier. I get my redeem code via email in a few minutes to continue playing online.

SCAM - don't buy!
I bought this for my son's birthday present in February. He still hasn't got the points. When you enter the points it will say that they need further info before they can validate the points (ironically to guard against scams!). I have been in an ongoing battle since then trying to get the points redeemed, spending hours in live chat with various Google employees. My son still hasn't got the points and I am £50 down. If in any doubt please check online for issues redeeming these cards, there are hundreds of people who have lost money. I would strongly advise not buying any Google gift cards or you might end up in the position myself and many others are in.

No fault of Amazon but once the code is registered then is takes a while to show on the phone.
