A waste of even a tiny bit of money
I don't mind to spend £5 to £10 to try and have fun with a new gadget. But this device that we got for £3 is a total waste of money.When it arrived I had to replace the battery, which wasn't easy. When I got it to work it was so annoying that we threw it away within an hour - the device reacted to every little noise nearby, which is great if you loose your keys, but the problem is that 99.9% of the time I don't lose my keys...

Aaaahhh, SHUT UP!
Utter cr*p. Almost anything sets it off OTHER than whistling. Fortunately, after sending itself into a bleeping frenzy during the Evil Dead 2 DVD, its limited battery has now run out and I can throw it away without feeling guilty.

Could Be Useful
This is so good that it goes off at any mid to high pitch sound including women's voices. Wouldn't say it's good for taking to work with you but would work in a house that is relatively quiet.

I wanted it to find my keys if they went down the back of the couch. It doesn't work for things down the back the couch. You'd have to have a factory whistle to get it to beep.

It does work. The problem is that the sound of the keys in your pocket will make it go off. Any loud voice as well.... it's kind of a noting. It would be ideal if it only went off by wistlING.
