Ideal product for lower back pain or sciatica. like the fact this is a single unit to be placed where needed and being wireless is much easier to use. I found this product to be effective and easier to place at the required area and to have to place 2 or 4 traditional tens pads and wires too. Although bulkier than 4 tens pad it covers the lower back area better and is fairly discreet. Great advantage of this equipment is that you don't then have up to 4 wires leading to a tens machine which you then have to wear on the outside of your clothes to operate and change speed/intensity or to switch off. The handset is small and user friendly and you can adjust speed/intensity as you use the machine. I like the auto cut off after 20 mins which is in accord with physiotherapy and pain management good practice. Happy to recommend this machine to ther sufferers of lower back pain. Instructions for use have a few typos but makes it clear this machine is for the lower back only.

A great value tens, neat design, works well,so good not to worry about wires, or getting a whack from loose electrodes. The instructions are in pigeon English in places, and not enough details, but not too hard to work it out, otherwise I'm very pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

The product did not work , the remote controller would not connect with the pad. I had to pay the return postage which I was not happy about. Do not buy this product.

great tens machine for the price... I already head one of the small cordless units that has served me for years, but thought time for an upgrade..This unit works better than my previous machine, because, the other programed on the main unit, which unfortunately used to switch off by brushing against clothing or when seated. This machine programs from the remote and the on/off button on the unit is recessed as to avoid accidental switching off.The programs built in are effective and powerful (would have been bettter with a screen to know what program and level your on but for the price, thats asking alot. All in all I would recomend this item to anyone to try... this is a great alternative to having to add to the massive amounts of medication I require and who knows maybe able to reduce it even with regular use of this.

Quality excellent simple to use pain relief without drugs very relaxing.

I have chronic lower back pain and my consultant says I can safely use a tens machine for up to 12 hours a day. I do have a wired tens with a continuous setting but the wires have a habit of disconnecting when I bend down and giving me shocks! What I wanted was a wireless one with a similar setting but to date I have been unable to find one, so I thought I would give this one a try.I must say that only having a 18 min cycle is a pain and I had to find a lightweight but sturdy carrying case for the remote (currently an old cassette tape case) so that I won't worry about it in a handbag or pocket.Instructions said to place pads onto the wings of the machine 24 hours before first use. I gave it 48 hours before first use but it didn't make it adhere to the machine particularly strongly. Machine slipped partially off one of the pads during first use (third cycle) and ceased operation. Since then have placed the machine with the charger port facing downwards and machine hasn't slipped off during use BUT pads peel off regardless of how carefully I remove machine from back.Took on holiday and machine kept refusing to work and thought perhaps it need recharging, however charging light changed from red to green in less than an hour. It appears to work, fairly easily for first three cycles but then needs a break before any more. This means it is unsuitable for any situation where you are out and about for longer than an hour.I like the increase/decrease intensity button on the remote, that it is wireless and somewhat discreet.I dislike that it is temperamental, only has an 18 min cycle, cannot be operated without the remote and has no carrying case.

Got this unit for lower back is real nice relaxing .can control the amount needed for my lower back with add pulse .on 6 levels .I say start up on lower .settings and move up .it good and relaxing .

A great product, a little bit heavy to wear and not feel the device on the skin as apposed to the pad tens machine, but still happy with this item.
