Excellent supplement, taste isn’t amazing but I just hold my breath and wash it down with a cup of tea and you don’t really notice it.I’ve been taking it for two days now, I do feel a bit better in myself. More energy, less lethargy. I haven’t experienced any side effects from it like some people have said. It’s expensive but is good.

My husband was recently in holspital with a kidney infection after finishing antibiotics he still felt very run down with lack of energy, a lack of appetite and not sleeping properly. After discovering seven seas tonic had been discontinued I found this on Amazon. After taking this on day one and for the last 5 days he has slept like a baby every night, his daily energy has been fully restored to normal and his appetite is also back to normal and he says he feels like a new person. As for the complaints about the taste its obviously not supposed to taste delicious its a form of medicine but he takes it in a glass of fresh orange juice ever morning and he says its bareable. So in conclusion if your feeling unwell this should be your goto tonic my husband says it's a miracle cure and it can't be faulted.

This seems to be doing a good job on my energy levels, however... when I drink it my entire jaw starts to feel stiff and my chest feels tight, and just generally feel sick, happens about 5mins after drinking it and it's incredibly uncomfortable. Will look for something else once this is finished. Also it tastes like melted copper and syrup, good luck!

I bought this after my usual go to tonic was unavailable. It worked but tasted horrible!

I can see why this product is called liquid gold! I have been taking it six days now and for the past four I have had loads of energy, felt really positive and slept really well. I have not felt this good in ages, especially before my period.My seven year old son is taking it too and his behaviour the past few days has been brilliant! I just put it in a glass of juice, he has not even noticed. It's very easy to disguise the taste!My friend who is 82 is using it and he feels much better and also another friend age 41 said she has also had improved sleep, mood and energy levels.We all purchased it to boost our immune systems during the flu season, but are all very pleased with the energy boost we are receiving during the dark month of January 🙏We are all super happy with the product and are going to continue using it!

Recommended dose of 10ml is surprisingly alot to swallow when it tastes so bad.I couldn't stomach a 2nd dose, so I didn't notice any difference. The black current flavour doesn't help disguise the taste at all. All in all a waste of money although it does contain a lot of vitamins.

I have been taking this for 2 months and the health benefits are amazing. I have gone from being lethargic most days, to having so much more energy. I also experienced quite significant lower back pain, but this also seems to have helped reduce the pain.It does have quite a strong iron taste and the texture is quite syrupy, but I take it in fresh orange juice and you barely notice the taste.Prior to taking this I completed quite a lot of research and this was the only product I found that included everything without needing to take additional supplements.With out a doubt this will be something I will be buying every month from now on.
