No response from any department.As other users have had bluetooth issues and support is practically non existent, I strongly recommend purchasing an alternative.Does not deserve the one star I'm forced to give it .... Seriously it will only gather dust!Also when it did work I found many bugs in the app and swing recognition. Fir example... small taps are recorded. So if u do a forehand and the racket taps your oposite shoulder or upper back on follow through, the tap is recorded as a stroke.
