Very nice digital photo frame, actually looks nice to have on a console table unlike the other cheap-looking black plastic affairs. Bright and detailed photos. Smooth transitions. Quite light but still strong and feels good quality.Main problem is the price, £160 for what is essentially a small cheap tablet in a nice case.

Excellent product, easy to use with clear display

Initial issues - but all resolved now and working well.First frame - Purchased directly from Nixplay site, but seems to be fulfilled by amazon.Frame worked for 5 seconds. Lines appeared through the screen, then nothing. Dead.Completely useless. Can't tell you if it works good it is etc - as it arrived NOT WORKING, no reset, no restart, nothing.Contacted their customer services and after a 'delay' a new frame was shipped out (without need to return old one before hand). Sent old frame off and they refunded postage costs.New frame functions very well and so I have updated my review to 5 stars. Screen is great, cloud function is great, can send photos from phone and they appear as soon as they have downloaded onto the frame.

Photos move from portrait to landscape at will...

Ben fatta e rifinita, molto comoda l'idea del Cloud e contrariamente a quanto dicono alcuni funziona anche senza connessione internet. Qualità immagine e slide di transizione ottima. Consiglio!

es el mejor marco que he visto nunca, múltiples opciones, facilidad de uso, intuitivo y se ve muy muy muy bien.el servicio de ayuda es inmediato, me atendió JOEY, muy rápidamente me dio solución al problema , en mi caso no conseguía poner la relación de aspecto a mi gusto sin las odiosas barras negras, la pena es que no sea más grande, pero mezclado entre otras fotos no se percibe la diferencia hasta que cambia la foto, una maravilla,recomiendo su compra para los que quieran calidad a un precio razonable, de ponerle un pero,sería el que no tenga el idioma español, solo alemán e inglés

I saw this frame available as a Cyber Monday deal and decided to order one to try out. It was delivered to me later the same day, but unfortunately the deal expired. I say infortunately because now that I have it in my hands and can see what a quality device this is, I would have ordered three or four more at the same price. Hopefully the deal will return.I will have a more detailed review forthcoming, but for now I am highly impressed with the build quality, looks and functionality of this digital, connected frame. The high resolution screen is brilliant and sharp, while the frame itself looks elegant and high-end (I chose the bronze color). It is a great piece of engineering and design. It is also simple to setup and use (the drag-and-drop feature is not working and this is hampering my efforts to quickly get the frame loaded with albums/pictures (I am not ready to fault Nixplay for this yet as I am still learning my way around the frame and website).UPDATE: The drag & drop feature does indeed work. The problem that I was having was that I was clicking and immeditaely attempting to drag, as I would with something on a desktop. The way this feature works on a the Nixplay website and your web browser is that you must wait about a second after clicking on a photo or album before dragging it (Don't forget to click "save" after adding photos to an album). I can now very easily load up my frame with photos or albums from my computer, anywhere on my network, or social media & photo sharing websites.I have since purchased a second frame in SILVER for the office and it performs equally as well as the first. If I had to choose between colors, I would say that I favor the bronze with it's warmer and richer look, but the silver does look clean and modern.One feature that I feel is sorely missing is a clip or magnet on the back of the frame to hold the remote. The remote is small, thus easy to misplace.I also wish that it had DLNA support to access to locally stored photo album/folders on a NAS or other devices on a home network. This should also allow dynamic playlists that would mirror linked-to external, online playlists, so that one could simply edit the online playlist and the frame would then automatically and dynamicly "stream" whatever is currently on it.

Here's an important tip for this frame! At first my frame wouldn't work properly. It kept freezing and giving me static noises. Turns out that you absolutely must use the USB power adapter that comes with the frame - which is huge and sticks out really far from the wall which means I had to pull the credenza the frame sits on so far from the wall that it looked stupid. So I tried to use a smaller USB adapter with a thinner profile. Anyway, after I figured out the problem, the frame worked perfectly and I love it. (Fixed the profile problem by using an extension cord.) It's easy to upload pictures, although some of them require manipulation if you chose the "fill frame" display option on the frame. It sometimes crops off heads, etc. But that would happen on any frame you buy. I'm thinking about getting one for my grandma in a nursing home - it's that easy.
