Great product - perfect for RAID5
This is a great price and size for a large C partition in a RAID5 type configuration. Inside HP DL380 and ML350 machines they are quiet and reliable. Out of over 200 purchased, I have had 0 defective or have been returned. As an IT company, the hard drives are important for our server configurations as the data and speed have to be reliable and fast. These drives are faster than the 2TB LFF drives we normally purchase for D partitions.ThanksLTLight Application Team

Works as expected.
The hard drive kicked in and was recognized without issue. Have not checked for drive hours but it is real clean.

False advertising
Sold as 'NEW', but these drives are 10 years old. I got drives manufactured in 2012. That's very far from new.

They just couldn't seem to get the order right
I ordered 6 of these drives (Part #619291-B21) and 4 of the 6 that arrived were Part #653971-00 which won't even fit in our servers. When I sent them back, they sent me ONE replacement drive and it was the same wrong part number! When I returned that one and complained again, they send me THREE correct drives, but they still owed me for the 4th drive. Finally they just refunded the one that I returned, but they charged me $123 restocking fee. What a joke. I'm very unhappy with them right now.
