The lighting is a big improvement over their earlier mice. It has a very nice rainbow effect right out of the box.I dislike installing software for hardware, so it's very nice to see that I can adjust the hz and the lift off distance with buttons underneath the mouse. I could barely tell the difference between the lowest (1.5mm) and highest (3mm), but for people playing at a high level, I could see how that might effect them.The clicks all feel very responsive. Even the forward and back buttons all feel crisp and healthy.The sniper button on the forward left side of the mouse reminds me a lot of the M65, but this one actually works better. It slows it down a decent amount, but not to the point where it becomes annoying. When it comes to trying to resize and catch the edges of windows on high resolution monitors, this makes finding that exact pixel much easier.The second mouse wheel allows me to set the left click to double or triple fire. For games like Counter-Strike where I can immediately take 3 shots, that can make the encounter much more heavily balanced on my side.I have large hands, and the overall size of the mouse encourages a claw grip for me. I use a wrist rest for long sessions, and it's turning into one of my favorite mice.Overall a fantastic mouse.Highly recommended.

I do think this gaming mouse could be fine for some people but I want to do my best to explain why it isn't for me. Two big issues stick out:-it is too lightweight-uneven tracking across my mousepadNow I want to be really fair. My mousepad has custom printed art that has a lot of details and color. I think this mouse would track well across an evenly or simply colored pad. It has a mouse pad calibration in the downloadable software, which I tried several times. At the end though, I was still getting a feeling of slowdown at certain areas on the mousepad. That is a deal breaker for me.There are a lot of good features. The mouse is a good shape, very similar to the big name brand mouse I was trying to replace but just a bit tighter around the thumb. It has a second mouse wheel behind the first. By default the second mouse wheel does sensitivity adjustment on the fly, but it provides a lot of versatility if you reprogram it as well. The mouse is made of a good plastic that is not overly smooth. The mouse wheel is not too high. All the buttons give solid tactile feedback when pressed.The software allows a wide range of reprogramming for buttons. It is pretty easy to use if a bit small ui on a high dpi screen. You can choose from preset LED color schemes. The profiles you set can be saved to the mouse itself and you can turn off the software. Under the mouse, you can set the polling rate and also interestingly the max distance from the mousepad that you want the mouse to recognize as input. That is an interesting feature for fps players that habitually lift the mouse.So overall the problem here is my personal preference and not the mouse itself. If you are okay with a very lightweight mouse and you use a simple design mousepad, this mouse should be fine for you.
