Huge Bean Bag Pillow for Playing Video Games & Watching TV, Red

When they say 'Huge' they really mean huge.The company called me prior to having this item shipped to ensure that I would be around to take delivery. This was fantastic. When the item arrived, I needed to have someone sign for this item. The cardboard box it came in was bigger than expected.First off, the 70" Length x55" Width dimensions means that it is large enough to have an adult sit or lay in it with a little room to spare. The 10" height may be the 'overall' if it is flattened, however you can sit this on end to sit on it more like a chair. The 10" slim height also means that you can flatten it out to store it easily under a bed.In the pictures, person is 4'-5" tall so you can see just how large this really is.Stitching in the sides is very robust. See pictures of the double stitching that they use around it, with a third inner stitch. There is a zipper to open it up, however I have no reason to open it up.The material itself is indeed a heavy duty nylon that is tightly woven (and thick) and I have zero fears of anything happening to it. Even with my kid jumping into it often, it wont be damaged. It cleans easily, in that I have had to use a damp cloth to wipe some food spills off of it. The material being nylon makes it easy to wipe clean. Tags indicate 'hand wash' only.Now where it really shines, and the thing I was most surprised about, is the inner Polystyrene fill material holds its shape better than anticipated. Meaning that you can 'form' it into more of a chair to sit more upright, or fluff the back of it up for more of a headrest when watching TV or playing some video games. It provides more than ample support when wanting to lay down to watch movies.I have used this a little over a month now, and between my kid and myself using it daily, I am sure it will last a long time.The only thing that I would note, is that as this is new nylon and the fill is all Polystyrene 'beans', you will want to leave it out of the box to air out before use. At first there was a slight 'beanbag' new smell to it, however letting it sit in the room for a day, any smell vanished.Other than that, it is a great product. If anybody has any questions, be sure to ask away!

So the positives are that the material feels relatively durable if using this inside. It also came 2 day shipped.Now the negatives. The size of the pillow is smaller than advertised. It measures around 48 x 60 inches. It was also less full than expected. When sitting on mine the beans would shift and I would essentially be on the floor.Probably the most serious negative is if you have children. This bean bag pillow had functional zippers inside and out. Usually as a deterrent to kids the zippers don't have a pull tab. You usually use a paperclip to unzip. So if you have curious kids, this could pose a serious or at the very least MESSY problem.Overall I am displeased but don't want to have to deal with a return. I'll just go with a more established brand next time. Lesson Learned.

Not sure what others are talking about when they say they touch the floor when they lay on this bag. I got the X-Large, and in my opinion it's a tad too full of beans. So much so, i'd rate its comfort level right up there with laying on an over full sack of coffee beans. Certainly not as plush as I imagined. You sink a little, but only enough to keep from sliding off. The nylon is VERY thick, so it only adds to the firmness. It is VERY light though! So I only gave it 3 stars because it wasn't what I hoped for. But as far as quality, toughness and durability, it definitely would get 5 stars.

My husband bought his as a surprise for my classroom--a year and a half ago. It's lime green so I'd like to know if anyone has found a way to wash this huge thing--other than spot cleaning. I'm terrible on writing reviews so keep that in mind when I say I can't give this a high enough rating. Middle and high schoolers come into my classroom at the end of the day and it's even held up with those huge "kids" on it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for maneuverability is it's SO huge! It's in my reading center and takes up a lot of space. We bought it because a bookstore was using it in their reading area. I think I could do a free commercial for this...wait, I guess I just did!~ :)

Bigger with better fabric than big joe and same size and similar fabric to Fatboy original.for 1/2 the price. But like all bean bag loungers plan to re-fill as foam mini balls loose air these if they are the same as Fatboy, should hold close to 350 liters- most bean refills come in 100 liter bags so this takes 3.5 bags to fill from empty.

I bought this chair and at first sight, I didn't like it. The plastic material of the lining seemed horrible to me and it gave me the feeling that it would be very hot. I tried it anyway and sat on it, but it was also extremely uncomfortable. so I decided to return it and, for that, I had to pay 46 of the 78 dollars i paid for it, due to the large size of the box (24x24x40 approximately). So I definitely do not recommend it, unless you do not mind the plastic finish and be stiff and uncomfortable.

This beanbag is huge, as promised in its description. We just got it, so I cannot comment on whether or not it keeps its form for long. The fabric is not cozy at all, but on the bright side, it will be easy to wipe off if it gets dirty. The major downside to this beanbag is that it is off-gassing, which means that it is made with a lot of plastic. Hopefully it will stop smelling toxic after it airs out.

Great size for my 3 ft 3 yr old to crash inti and use for deep pressure to help with his sensory. Only thing ibwant to do is add another bag of beans it came about 1/3 full so when he wiggles down in he has very little beans under him. Nice bright red color. Good strong material. To access beans there is a velcro closure that u open to gain access to the zipper.
