I really can't comment about the efficacy of the product. I ordered it for boosting the metabolism as i was suffering from digestive issues and H.Pylori. Taste was good. Easy on the body. No side effects or allergies. Hence giving 05 stars but i think that's not all that should be counted. I wish there was a way to find out how manuka honey improves bodily functions. I used to have 01 teaspoon each day. The 250gm pack lasted for 30 days.

Quality of manuka honey was good, but the price compared to when can be bought at source is double. should have been a little less.

This is delicious and healthy. It's really thick and it’s not as sweet as regular honeys. I saw tremendous improvement in my sore throat and cough just after taking for couple of times. I only take half a spoon at a time.
