Replicates a decent chrome look for old, chrome-look painted tail lights
I used this to refurbish some tail lights where the OEM style used some sort of chrome-look paint. It's not exactly the same, but for the money, you can't beat the results. Brings back the shine with the added benefit of it being vinyl, so it will wear better than the factory stuff. The protective clear plastic is very difficult to cut through, unless you have a very sharp blade. I was using a worn blade, so I ended up pulling it off. The backing paper is also a bit tough to cut through, but the vinyl itself is pretty easy, but still, a new blade would be best for precise cuts. This stuff is very sticky, which is great, but it does cling to whatever it touches. Use a bit of heat to shrink/form the vinyl to the surface and help adhere the glue to whatever you want to stick it to. Pulling/stretching makes the mirror reflectivity much better, but my application wasn't suited to do that.....at least with my skill level of "never used vinyl wraps before". I'm very pleased with the result. It really helps bring an old car from "junky" to "cared for". I ended up cutting too much for the first tail light, so there wasn't enough to do the second, but I was so pleased with the results of the first, I bought a second roll without a second thought. It's been on the car for about a week and has been through the rain and it still looks good. Time will tell if it can survive the Texas summer heat and direct sun. I'm thinking about using this stuff to redo the anodized aluminum trim that's gone hazy. I'll definitely look into this brand for that application, if the tail lights hold up. If they don't hold up, I'll update the review; otherwise, they're doing great!

Not what I thought.
I bought this to add to my cabinet door insert. The pictures shown on the ad seemed to be almost mirror like, this product is not mirror like, very muddy reflection. I ended up not using at all.

Mirror contact paper
Came as pictured, haven't got to use it yet but it seems good quality.

Ok Hear Me Out Here
Yeah I coated my entire desktop with this ... was it stupid and silly yes .. but did it make my RGB more RGB'er ... hell yeah it did! Plus I got to see if anyone coming into my office was a vampire because if they didn't have a reflection, well thing I'm gonna stake them out!

Garbage
I bought this thinking it was automotive vinyl wrap because some pictures show it used for that. I wanted to wrap a couple bicycle fenders to look like chrome. That is IMPOSIBLE with this wrap because it doesn't stretch in the least. Not even with massive heat from an air gun. If you've got the slightest curve, this stuff wrinkles as if you're using aluminum foil. The fact they refer to this as contact paper in certain places should have been a clue that this isn't what they're representing, but their broken English isn't misunderstood now... This stuff is complete garbage!

Should not come up when you search for body wrap! For the money its pretty good but not great. Not easy to get smooth finish & creases easy but works good oon smaller flat surfaces. Avoid curved surfaces...not great on them. Says it will strech but never had it do very much or any of that. This was my second time ordering it but know its limits.

Quality is very questionable, I don't like it is too expensive for what you get, its not worth i sugest the metallic papers from dollarama
