Manufactured with design flaw/ faulty item
Design fault, too was on a slope and lots of bubbles! Sent back.

I started with the Emma Bridgewater version ...
I started with the Emma Bridgewater version and was SO disappointed with the weight and quality of the cake stand and dome given the circa. £150 price tag that I thought I'd try this value priced product. My first order was misshapen and full of substantial air bubbles and so it's being returned. The second delivery was perfectly round. Ok there are some air bubbles but I'm forgiving within the price and in the end you don't look for that degree of detail. The etched writing is delightful and I am now waiting for the matching dome to arrive ... fingers crossed.
