Handy and Powerfull
Great product, being cordless it is very handy to use. Good power, decent run time once fully charged, works very well on carpet. Happy with the purchase and would recomment this Vacuum cleaner.

Short battery life, breaking apart
Bought this vacuum cleaner a while back and from the very beginning was giving us problems. The battery didn’t last long and the power started decreasing, even if the battery was full, so the head brush of the vacuum didn’t move. I contacted the seller several times and they only send me parts of another vacuum to try and see if it’d work. It ended up breaking after two months again, so it felt helpless. The vacuum does not have warranty, you have to pay for it and it does not cover breaking parts.Not recommend it at all.

Battery died after two months of moderate use.
I really like the mobility being cordless. Light and easy to use. The battery however don’t lasts. After two months of usage in a two bedroom apartment, it has died. It is mentioned that the battery will lasts years but alas, that doesn’t seem to be true. I don’t know if the battery can be purchased separately. That would really help.

Multiple issues
Not the best stick cleaner, even for the price.After 2 months, the part that allows you to change attachments broke, meaning we couldn't change anymore.After 5 months, the dust collecting chamber cracked. The vacuum does not work at all now.When it worked, it was really good. A little low on suction power, but good for the price. In hindsight, I really should have bought the warranty as we have had many problems since buying it and won't buy again.

Worth it
This vacuum cleaner is good for the price. I have used many cordless vacuum cleaners and this is one of the bests. The battery lasts for at least 45 minutes or more which is more than enough for a cordless vacuum cleaner

Poor customer service and broken hoover within a few months of owning it!
Hoover broken. Messaged within 90 day warranty period and seller did not get back to me to replace the defective item as the hoover brushes no longer turn after just a few months of having it. Poor customer service.
