I wanted this silicon oil to lubricate some sliders on an audio mixer that I'm refurbishing, its plastic against plastic, so an oil based lubricant was out. This has done the job well.My only criticism is the type of container, (which is a little weird, but ok once you get used to it). You have to squeeze from the bottom up, rather than just on the sides.- its a bit like a concertina inside a rigid tube... if that makes sense.I've also used it on several curtain rails to good effect.Good product.

This is an oil, not a grease as in the title. It's a relatively viscous oil and goes on much thinner than grease. So far I've used it on a large plastic thread and a window slide on an old car. I think on both applications it worked better than grease would have done.The squeezy bottle allows a very small amount to be applied and straight to the piece so no contamination from a finger or a tool as would be the case with grease.I'm still going to get some silicon grease for waterproof seals such as on action camera housing but this is a great product and every workshop some have some.

Great lubricant and great for what I need it for. The cap is a bit hit and miss trying to reseal it but great product!

This stuff works great on what i've used it on, i stuck a load into an old 3rd party controllers analog stick and was able to go from barley moving to moving freely 360 if i had a gripe with it it would only be that the cap does not stay on well when not in use it tends to slide off

Makes things slidy. The reason for 4 stars is that, it also makes the lid slidy so it no longer closes. So better bottle design would've been good

best description of the consistency is its similar to intensive hair serums. Great product. The bottle is unique and good too. Better protects than Sealeys clear silicone grease.

Preiswert und gut

Lo primero es entender que una buen lubricante no puede valer para todo; dicho esto...:Es lo esperable, es una grasa y como tal tiene un cierto grado de solidez; no gotea facilmente. Resulta casi transparente. La estoy utilizando en mecánicas de fricción muy controlada, como la relojería; también en instrumentos musicales para reducir fricción sin frenar la acción de mecanísmos.

Chaque hiver, je procède au traitement des joints de fenêtres des voitures, de la porte de garage ... etc. . Ce produit est parfait en très petite quantité. Le produit est d'autant plus simple d'utilisation avec un flacon-pompe-ressort !!! Je peux l'utiliser également sur les galets de porte ou de tiroirs ... bref, très contente de mon achat. La livraison depuis UK a été conforme à la prévision !
