Did not work so immediately returned. Good return and refund service. Opted for a more expensive replacement.

I bought this in the sale and if I would have paid full price I would have sent it back it said was £70 off so shoul have been £100 this does not even feel like a £20 product the cloth covers dont fit properly and keep coming off the handle feels flimsy and very unsturdy it is easy to fill butwhen pushing over the floor the cloth comes off and the handle bends. I have not used it as a hand held yest so may be better with out the handle not sure but I would not recommend this steam mop at all

Love this product. Only issue is it leaves the floors quite wet so we can’t use on laminates and require good draught for floors to dry. Does excellent job cleaning though. Haven’t tried it on carpets so can’t comment on use for that

Easy to set up and use and comes with lots of attachments. Does what it says. I have only used it a couple of times but so far very pleased with it. I especially like that the steam level can be adjusted

Brought because we moved into a house where cleaning was neglected. Cleared debris from window frames, cat hair from behind radiators, cleans laminate and tiles. Been a godsend. The only thing i struggle with is glass because the squeegee blade won't stay attached. I use a separate squeegee.

It’s ok for money I think because I have used more expensive items and stronger spoilt my opinion. But for those who have not used a steamer before it’s a good value for money item

Flimsy handle and cleaning cloth is prone to falling off mid steam!Not a great steam output, plenty of attachments but cheaply made
