I have been using the BoAt Airdope now for more than 2 years hence it’s a fair assessment of how good this product / brand is.Pros:1. It’s a super cute packaging.2. Very handy and lightweight.3. The insides are light green in colour and good to look at.4. Charging is super quick and convenient.5. Connection is also easy with pairing device.6. The price point is very reasonable.7. Sound quality is very good8. The battery is pretty good and works for a good period of time.9. Quality of case is good too, doesn’t break even if it falls down every now and thenCons:1. There is noise leakage from the earpods of said device to outside after a few months of usage

Nice product almost works for 1 and half year smoothly. Now it's not working properly but good product for this value

When I recieved the product, I was immediately able to pair it and use it. It had 90% battery. I used it for about 8 hours over the week and battery drained. (I don't care about this, even though their claim is 50 hrs usage o.O). Here is where the problems began.The charging port did not fit into the socket. I had a really difficult time in fitting it. It almost felt like I jammed it in and it didn't really go more than half way into the socket. Somehow after a few tries, it lit up, so I assumed it was charging. It charged for a few hours and I tried using it the next day. The headphone connected as usal when I opened the case. But when I put the headphones back into the case, it didn't disconnect. It seemed like it continued to be connected to the phone even in the case for the rest of the day and I didn't realise it. (Even though it was correctly placed inside and the case was closed tight) I realised this later in the day because I tried to make a call on my phone and it was connected to the Bluetooth headset - IN THE BOX! When I took it out of the box, it's battery was completely drained.I tried to remove it and place it back, it continued to stay connected in the case. I charged it again to try the factory rest, but even that didn't work as the captive touch control doesn't seem to be responding.I made my phone "forget the device" and tried to reconnect but now my device can't detect it. Weird!Additionally, the buds are big for my ears and doesn't stay in the ears well, it easily falls off. And if I hold it in place, it hurts.All in all, a terrible product. Can't return it cos the return window is closed. And the warranty is not straight forward. Do not recommend. Waste of money.
