First choice for energy
I have used RedCell for a few years and can only endorse the product ,I use them on bike rides of sixty to one hundred miles ,the effect lasts the entire ride without a noticeable come down ,all in all an excellent product ,the only downside is the price which is now touching forty pounds at full tilt just getting to expensive .

Way overpriced with little to no telling benefits.
Verified buyer direct from supplier. I came here to see if I was missing anything. Clearly I’m not and the exorbitant price is maybe not a bad thing as it may put people off buying. Good luck if it works for you.

Didn’t work for me
I bought these to coincide with a 1 Jan start for a 6 week Ironman and Primal9 training programme. These were taken as directed 30 minutes pre-workout and were alongside a calorie deficit measured by MyFitnessPal.It’s difficult to know if these worked given that training and diet also changed but it’s almost impossible to reduce the variables down so the effects of the Red Cells can be isolated.Other than feeling hot and slightly nauseous for the first week I couldn’t feel any effects. Body weight fluctuated around the same level and so I wouldn’t buy them again.

Excellent without side effect
This stuff is brilliant.Yes it does blow your head off like other pre workouts but it deffo works I sweat alot more and my energy levels go through the roof without that horrible jittery trembling feeling you get off other preworkout.Also I don't suffer a crash layer on after.Brilliant product would deffo buy again.

Fantastic
Didn't purchase from amazon, but happy to leave a review for this, it does work! Gives you crazy energy and mental focus, does heat your body up which is good for burning extra calories and noticed a big difference after taking this supplement for a month, make sure you eat with a meal, not a snack as it does build up alot of acid and can lead to heartburn.

I Go to the gym, eat clean and these added no positive benefits
