Honestly, they taste pretty awful, but once you look at everything they contain it won’t matter to you. I was giving my daughter another brand of vitamins when and was horrified when I actually checked the amount of vitamins she was actually getting from them, so I googled and googled and found these which contain everything my girl needs to be healthy. I crush them up in her porridge and she doesn’t even notice them. Please note you need two a day, not one.

I bought them for my "kids" but I end up eating more than the recommended dose every day. Only like 3 or 4 because I'm a cautious person and don't want to die from a kids vitamin overdose but still, these things are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!

My 5 year old won’t eat them because they don’t really taste very nice. As an adult, it’s tolerable and I know how good they are for you, but if you have fussy kids, forget it, these don’t taste that nice. Shame, as I brought them for my children.

My 3 kids absolutely love it. It works as a treat for them. Not too sweat. They love the taste. We also have other vitamins from this brand. Have been buying it now for over a year.

I've had our kids taking these vitamins for a few years now, and they seem to do the job. They used to catch every cold going and would be sick for days. Now, although they're not immune to every bug going around, they rarely get as sick as they used to or for nearly as long. The taste probably isn't ideal but the kids are used to them now. My only complaint really is the cost, they're rather expensive, hence the 4 stars.

Kids love these. They contain everything we need in the right dose and format. They’re a staple in our household.

Order 5 no products, no problem with the vitamins however for some strange reason Amazon packed them individually. No saving the environment there. Hence the deduction in stars.
