Meglio pre-cut kinesiology tape 5 cm x 5m roll, tape bandage, sports tape for muscles, 100% cotton., blue

Got these for sport playing child. Compared to more expensive version apparently these are much better, the pret cut strips are helpful, stretch and stay in place well and I’ve been asked to buy more of same.

With a little practice I found this very good. I was concerned that being in precautionary lengths this might cause a problem but I used it as a knee support and for plantafascitis with no problem. As mentioned elsewhere you need to start and end the taping when it isn’t stretched. When done well, I found it stuck for days, even having got wet on two occasions. It is tricky applying without wrinkles, especially to yourself but practice makes perfect.

Like the pre cut lengths makes it easier to use. Adhesive is good. Quick delivery and good value for money. Will buy again.

Meglio Kinesiology Tape - comes with a label with their website on stating that is where to find free video guides on how to use. See attached photo showing label against their website search for guides, returning as zero. Their website is a shop for selling, there are no guides. (Current as of July 2022) Or if there are, then they are not in the menu or search engine. This gives us a clue as to what sort of company this is, the other clue being that their uncut tape does not stay on and is useless. Both the cut and uncut offer little support as they stretch and flap about when used on joints. Maybe if they provided a video showing how to avoid this, then things would be different?

I felt relief straight away in my shoulder . The tape has stayed in place well. I also used some on my hand and wrist last night. I removed it this morning and it was reluctant to come off. I am not complaining about that, I prefer it to stick well. It's very annoying to have tape applied and find that 24 hrs later it is peeling off. I will purchase again.

Being allergic to most adhesive tapes and plasters, it was a relief to find this KT to help treat the bursitis in my shoulder. The tape gave firm support and stayed in place for more than three days and three showers. There was only slight irritation - for most people there would probably be none. It also comes in pre-cut strips with rounded corners, which made it easy to apply. Highly recommended.
