I been take it everyday and 30 mins before my workout , for the first several day my heart rate is so low when I do cardio, but when I start with my Keto diet, the heart rate back to normal while I work out ..Not really lose any body fat, guess it is long term thing, the flavor is not bad as I think... May change another brand see the difference after this one.

At first, I had never really heard of L-Carnitine before. Once I stumbled across it, I read into its benefits which seemed pretty desirable. The many one for me was helping spur energy production through fat burning. I completely believe that this product works as I feel much better every morning waking up. Overall, a very good product.

In my first 2 weeks of taking L-Carnitine. I have never taken an L-Carnitine supplement before, so wasn't sure what to expect for results...SO FAR SO GOOD. I am generally what I like to call a "2nd day sore" person, so if I train legs Monday I dont feel that deep muscle soreness until Tuesday. L-Carnitine is not a miracle pill, so I still feel soreness...it just happens to be WAY less intense. I am a believer and will continue to purchase. Happy lifting folks!!

L-carnitine is always "must have" for me. Take one before my morning cardio: it gives a good pump plus it involved in fatty acid metabolism.

I have been looking for something to aid my recovery in addition to taking the right amount of protein and supplementing with BCAAs. Turns out L-Carnitine is proven to work and Muscletech, of course, had it at a great price. I trust this brand so I always look to them first for any new supplements I'm looking to take.

This is an amazing product! I take it post workout, and I noticed accelerated fat loss! It also tastes great, which I was surprised by.

I think the product works but the taste is not as great as other L-carnitine that I tried before. If you don't care for the flavor too much, this product works great.

Super tasty and easy drinkable, just like orange juice. But effect is not like I expected. Didn’t feel anything special, I’ll try another product next time.
