Always Shimano!
This is my 5th Shimano DC reel and I use the heck of them! This one is no exception and will be used in throwing those heavier swimsuits on my XHvy Fast Swimbait Rod!

Brake knob stuck on 3
Received reel brand new in package, and was not able to get the brake knob to go into 4th. Customer service was fairly quick on sending me out a new one. Hopefully this one works.

Not worth the money
This reel is no less likely to birdnest or backlash than much less expensive reels.

Husband is very HAPPY!!
This reel has been in his wish list for awhile. Well now he can dream of something else. He loves it and the new rod I bought.

Does it work?
Bought this reel with the understanding that backlashes would be minimal. However, no fool proof method for casting into the wind! Reel is ok, but not great for the money:(

Used 5 times and drag no longer works.
Used this reel approximately 5 times, was working fine and then, went to use it today and it will not reel line in. Unspooled some line and it started reeling in again but no drag no matter what I do. Past the 30 day return window so $280.00 bucks down the toilet!! What a disappointment!
