I used aloe dent when staying at a friend's house and I really liked it so I thought I would try it out at home. It leaves your mouth feeling very light and fresh and your teeth very clean. The minty taste is not too overpowering like the regular floride brands. I have had trouble with a reoccurring bacterial infection in my mouth around a wisdom tooth that I had removed last year. When the tooth had gone I still found I had a lingering bad taste which has gone since using Aloe Dent and my mouth feels the healthiest it has felt in a long time.I visited the dentist five months after starting using Aloe Dent for a check up and she remarked at how healthy my gums were. I said I had been using this. She did not tell me not to use it, however she did say that she would recommend using a floride based toothpaste in conjunction with this as the floride does maintain the teeth. So I now have two toothpastes! Aloe Dent is my favourite and I still use a floride toothpaste to top myself up, generally at night without rinsing my mouth so that the floride may have an effect.

This is really lovely toothpaste, great quality and value for money, much more expensive on the high Street. This is my third buy on Amazon and I will be back for more.
