Love being able to take my biotin in gummy form. These are tasty and have good gummy texture -- not too hard or too chewy. Sometimes when you get gummies they almost taste stale right out of the bottle, but that's not the case with these. Easy to chew and no bad aftertaste. Would recommend!

This is my second time ordering these. This time they’re all melted together, and one solid piece and they taste funny.

I feel like I do actually have stronger nails while taking this product. It also tastes good and much each easier to take than a pill if you’re like me and they’re difficult to swallow. Great product if you’re wanting to take Biotin.

Biotin is one of the B vitamins and is an essential nutrient that is naturally present in some foods (organ meats, eggs, fish, meat, seeds, nuts, certain vegetables).However my wife takes biotin as an additional supplement to ensure she receives all of its benefits.Biotin strengthens hair and may help hair growth, it supports the health of the skin, nerves, digestive tract, metabolism, and cells.This product includes 60 tasty gummies and the suggested serving is 2 which delivers 10,000 mcg of Biotin (33.330% of daily value). Unless there’s a medical issue and excessive amounts were advised by doctor, there’s no need to take such high amounts since the body can only process so much. In fact, the adequate intake of biotin for adult women is just 30 mcg, and 35 mcg for breastfeeding women. This amount may be higher depending on weight but 30 to 100 mcg is the most anyone should need.That said, thankfully there is no evidence in humans that biotin is toxic at high intakes. So really no concerns about taking these gummies. But I will say just 1 gummy at 5,000 mcg is still more than enough. Plus that extends the supply from 30 servings to 60 servings.By the way, I should point out they don’t give much time before this product expires. I received this in April 2023 and the expiration date is August 2023. These little gummies have become a nice little treat for me in the morning to get me started on my day. It's not enough to just wash, condition and brush my hair out. Because I have always had such thin hair my entire life, and getting even thinner with age, it's essential for me to add some biotin to my supplement cadre. Also helps with my weak nails. Being in gummy form, it helps to lighten the handful of other supplements that I take on a daily basis. They taste great and are very easy to chew. No sticking to my teeth and they melt away easily.
