Metric Weight Set Kitchen Balance Scale Measuring

My box it arrived in was destroyed but as metal the item could still be used luckily.

These are really good value for money. Most others I looked at I thought were overpriced but these were very reasonable. They are good quality, the only downside is that they don't stack particularly well, however I think this is a minor issue. I'd recommend these to anyone needing a set of metric weights, perhaps to supplement a set of imperial ones as I did.

The weights arrived in good time and very well packaged. They look fine, and although I haven't checked their accuracy I have no reason to believe they are not accurate. Attractive and different in look from my imperial weights which is usfeul.

I did not wish to get rid of my old scales and although I was happy to continue to weigh with my original weights my children found it confusing - so everyone is happy now.Good purchase - packaged well in a small neat box that I keep with the scales.

i purchased these for my Mother-in-Law as she was fed up converting weights every time she baked a cake. They are really good quality and i weighed them on a set of electric scales the majority of them were the exact weight. only two were one gram over, but i cannot complain as i can imagine it is hard to get these things exact

I have a set of imperial weights and needed some metric ones. Arrived quickly and they weigh metrically! What more can one ask for! As another reviewer said, it's a shame they don't sit nicely on top of each other but that's not such a big deal. As long as they do what they are supposed to, which they do. Look nice too in black and brass.

For years, I've had a set of balance scales with imperial weights and have had to calculate when using meteric recipes. Now that chore (and the nagging worry that I've mucked up the maths) has gone! They're a generous set of weights, i.e., two or more of some denominations, and they arrived on time in good condition. Job done.

It would be quite reasonable to think that a set of weights, unless they are very posh jobs, are just a set of weights, and these are that. Everything you could need to weigh things. So why am I disappointed? It's a simple thing, really; they don't stack properly. You would expect, surely, that they would sit neatly on top of each other, nesting, as it were, inside the ridge around the edge. In fact, I have never come across a set of weights that didn't do just that. Certainly they appear to in the picture, and as they are made by Weylux, who ought to know their business by now, I am right to expect this. The fact that they don't, means that they sit in an untidy and rather precarious pile, and I shall have to find something to put them in to stop them rolling all over the place.
