good for trigger point massage in those hard to reach places or tight spots that a foam roller is too big to get into. The spikes are a little savage but nothing that a cloth over them didn't cure and still keep the pressure effective.

I bought this to ease pain primarily in my legs and arms as I have started adding some sprints to my regular dog walks and have been feeling the strain. It works effectively as I had hoped and I am also able to reach most areas of my back as well as my shoulders. But I would say how far it's useful on the back if massaging oneself depends on the flexibility of your arms. I had an operation on my right arm a few years ago and so can't reach places on the left of my back as well as I can reach on the right. I wasn't planning on sharing it with my dogs, but they both love me rolling it over them. They bark to complain when I am using it on myself. I think it could do well being sold as a doggy massager/relaxer tool too! It has been commented on in our house as appearing like a cross between a sex toy and a dog toy. Regardless of how it looks though, it works well for its purpose of easing sore points in the body and the padded handles add comfort during use.

Habe diesen Massageroller als Geschenk für meinen Mann gekauft, da dieser häufig einen verspannten Rücken hat.Dieser ist gut verarbeitet und macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Die Noppen an den Igelbällen sind auch aus meiner Sicht nicht zu hart, jedoch auch nicht zu weich, sodass man bei der Massage genug merkt, ohne dass es bei höherem Druck wehtut.Leider hat uns dieser Massageroller trotzdem nicht so überzeugen können, da dieser zumindest am Rücken nicht gut einzusetzen ist. Durch die Griffe kommt man mit den doch recht kleinen Igelbällen nicht in die leichtesten Vertiefungen z.B. zwischen den Schulterblättern. Drückt man fester auf um diese zu erreichen, drückt man dann gleich die Handgriffe mit auf die Haut und kann den Massage Roller somit nicht mehr führen. Für die Beine und Arme und evtl. noch den Nacken mag diese Konstruktion klappen, jedoch funktioniert es bei uns gar nicht für den Rücken. Daher aus meiner Sicht nur eine eingeschränkte Empfehlung.
