Exactly what I was looking for. I'm training to dunk a basketball (I'm 5'10) and I like training the tibialis anterior muscle to help with injury prevention. I feel like this unilateral tib bar is better than a bilateral tib bar because it gives the exercise more instability, strengthening some of the smaller, stabilizing ankle muscles too. Its plenty sturdy and the price is great.

It has potential, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. I was able to use mine once but it broke on the second session. It's actually built well to handle the weight, but the strap on the feet is weak. I broke mine just tightening it to my foot. I'm not Eddie Hall or anything either.My impression is that this can supplement the 2 leg version, but not replace it. It introduces some ankle instability but it doesn't isolate the tibialis as well.

First time I used it and the strap clip broke. Now i cant use the whole thing. The strap clip is thin and cheapo.

does not stay in place well...hard to effectively perform exercises...wish it was more secure

High quality heavy gauge metal. Nice foam padding. Small wrench provided for assembly. Excellent value for quality considering $70 including delivery on prime. Looks identical or better than some of the other ones out there for more money in my opinion
